My first book in the series, The Heart in Leadership Answer | THE FOUNDATION, captures decades of real experiences in new home sales leadership—including the spectacular failures that taught me the most. If these insights resonate with your team, I'm open to exploring ways to share them directly with your organization.
I've spent my career leading sales teams, not speaking about it. But after countless requests from readers asking, "Can you share this with my team?", I'm making myself available for select engagements where my experience might help.
Perfect for leadership teams reading the book together
Join your team (virtually or in-person) for a 60-90 minute interactive discussion about key concepts from the book. I'll share additional stories that didn't make it into print, answer your specific questions, and help you apply the frameworks to your unique challenges.
Great for:
Bite-sized insights for busy teams
Sometimes you don't need a full workshop—you need a focused conversation about one specific challenge. These informal 45-minute sessions dive deep into one topic:

Deeper dive into transformation
Ready to go beyond discussion? Let's spend half a day working through real challenges using frameworks from the book. Limited to 10-15 participants to ensure everyone gets personal attention.
We'll customize the content, but typically cover:
The above learning opportunities are just starting points. Every organization has its own culture, challenges, and goals. Maybe you need a two-day intensive to jump-start a new sales team. Perhaps a 30-day program to transform your meeting culture using the ENGAGE framework. Or ongoing monthly check-ins to keep momentum as you build new leadership habits.
I've learned that the best transformations happen when we design around your specific situation—not force you into a pre-packaged program. Whether your challenge is turnover, stagnant middle performers, or meetings that drain everyone's will to live, we can create an approach that actually moves the needle.
The format matters less than the fit. Let's talk about what's keeping you up at night and figure out the right approach together.
Here's the interesting part: For nearly three decades, I've been training salespeople, developing leaders, and teaching and implementing corporate frameworks and other learning principles across multiple organizations. I've led over a thousand team meetings, conducted one-on-ones week after week for decades, and facilitated more training sessions than I can count. The concepts in this book? I've been teaching and refining them in real sales environments my entire career.
But formal speaking and consulting? That's the new chapter I'm writing now. And honestly? I'm not really a formal guy. Never have been. I'm more comfortable in jeans, sitting around a conference table or in a coffeehouse having real conversations, than dressed to the nines walking a stage for hours. (I can definitely command a stage when that's what your event needs— I just find the real breakthroughs happen when we're talking with each other, not at each other.)
My platform may be new, but the experience is hard-won I've personally trained hundreds of salespeople, developed dozens of managers, and learned what actually works (usually by discovering what doesn't). If you're looking for someone who's been on the speaking circuit for years, I'm probably not your guy. If you're looking for someone who's been in the trenches, made the mistakes, and knows how to develop people who get results—let's talk.
